Feel invited to our Queer Loving Spirits Evenings!

All genders, all sexual preferences, all identities are welcome. The evening is especially suitable for people from the queer spectrum an all the allies around that would love to enjoy an evening of conscious intimacy together.

The focus will be in our bodies. Each evening is about mindfulness around intimacy. The one we can create when going into a bodily exchange of connections with other humans, but also the one we all carry on with ourselves, the one we are aware of, but also the one that hasn´t been seen, sensed, thought, or aknowledged. We will build trust together so that you can gradually let yourself fall into the sensual flow.

Each evening we will co-create different approaches through exercises that will move us with the help of mindful breaths through different themes around sexuality, relationships, conscious sensual touch, sensual movement, body awareness...

On each evening, we will have a space where you can rest or reflect between exercises and still being part of this beautiful process that will move us during the Monday evenings.

We will encourage you with various exercises to go on the pleasure of wanting something and allowing your body to be it a YES! Should it be a no, or a maybe? We will encourage you also to feel your needs, limits, express them, to go on with self-responsibility and still keep yourself on the playful side of exploring sensuality, and human interaction on a non-verbal or mental level.

Clothing is optional. You don't have to take your clothes off, but as with most of our events, we celebrate the body in all its nature, sizes, shapes and colours. You are welcome to have fun and explore with other queer peers and allies, even naked. If you don't want to take off all your clothes, that's totally fine too, though it would be nice if in that case you don't have a problem with the nudity of the other participants and fully respect their nudity.

No previous experience is necessary for the Queer Love Spirit evening. We expect respectful interaction and your curiosity and desire to discover new things together.
