Frequently asked questions Massage Practitioner Training

What should I consider before the training?

The duration of the daily module sessions is 8-10 hours. Alongside the massage practice, we do a lot of body work, breathing and introspection, so we recommend that you take some time for integration after the sessions.
Also, try not to attend social events or meet people outside the training group after the sessions, as your mind and body will need rest to integrate.
We recommend sleeping on site or booking accommodation close to the event venue.

What happens if I cannot attend a training module or supervision?

If you cannot attend for an important reason, we will give you the opportunity to make up the training module or supervision on another date. An important reason is, for example, an illness or an unforeseen work commitment. In this case you will have to explain your situation to us and pay only a small rebooking fee. If you cannot or do not wish to attend for other personal reasons, you will have to pay the normal course fee for the module you wish to rebook. Please note that your certification will be postponed. It is important that the massage operator completes modules 1 and 2 with the group. For 2022, depending on your personal learning progress, you may replace one of modules 3 or 4 with other modules (5, 6,...), as long as you learn the theoretical aspects from the manual and acquire the practical skills in a self-directed manner. In this case, we will do a little supervision.
Usually the supervision can be made up in the following month.

Will I receive certification?

Yes! After successfully completing all modules and tasks, you will be certified as a Gay Love Spirit massage practitioner and will be listed on our homepage as a massage practitioner.
If you have not attended all modules, completed homework or if we feel, based on client feedback, that you are unable to offer professional level sessions independently at this stage, we can issue you with a certificate of attendance. You may need a little more time to integrate what you have learnt or a little more experience. You can then continue at your own pace, catching up on modules or missing assignments, and we will certify you when all points have been achieved.

Once certified, will I be able to offer professional massage sessions to other men on my own?

After completing the entire course you will certainly be able to run your own professional sessions and earn money. If this is not your goal, you will have the experience and knowledge to significantly improve your erotic life.
Our aim is to optimise learning through the integration of theory and practice, which is why we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to work with us after your certification. Our new graduates have already had many massage sessions to put their newly acquired skills into practice.

Do I need a massage table at home?

It depends a bit on individual preferences. Some men prefer to work on the floor rather than at the table. If you prefer to work on the floor, you can buy a good shiatsu mat. If you have limited mobility, i.e. you are less flexible, we recommend working at a table. We recommend a wooden table. Note that the table must be long enough to be able to 'work' on tall men and at least 70 cm wide. After use, oil stains on the table must be cleaned thoroughly with soap and water, otherwise the surfaces will quickly age and start to deteriorate.
In Germany, specialist retailers Clap-Tzu and Bodynova usually have good products.
With a little patience, you can also find a good table on eBay or other second-hand ad sites.
